It was all about the women of the family as Jada Pinkett-Smith and Willow walked the red carpet at the From Slavery to Freedom Event on Thursday (May 9). The mother-daughter duo looked in sync as they exhibited their fashion sense just before entering the event at the Sofitel Hotel in Los Angeles. Jada rocked a pastel-colored outfit while Willow showed off her cool white hair with black and white Chanel attire.

The From Slavery to Freedom Event served as motivation to end slavery and human trafficking in the United States and throughout the world. Jada rallied social media fans to stand behind her and her daughter in their efforts to make a difference tweeting, “Go to bipper.com & learn about an app that could save your life & possibly prevent any loved one from being stolen from you.”

Jada and Willow have been working to abolish slavery since learning of its brutal effects last year. The mother and daughter were previously spotted in Hawaii.
