With a loving husband and two wonderful children, Monica Brown counts her blessings everyday. The singer recently gave tribute to her family through a series of pictures and captions on Instagram, telling them and the world how much she appreciates her clan.
“My Children….Your unconditional love renewed my faith, opened my heart & allowed me to see Gods wonders in an amazing way. Everything I do is for you,” captioned the star underneath a picture of her and her sons Rodney Jr and Romelo Hill. Monica also posted a photo of her and husband Shannon next to a heartfelt tweet that expressed her love and appreciation for him. Never could I take the love & blessings that God has placed in my life for granted… Father I Thank U My Children , My Husband, My Family = MY EVERYTHING,” wrote the singer.
Monica and Shannon are anticipating the arrival of their baby girl, to be named Laiyah, and have already sent out invitations for the baby shower that will take place on Saturday, August 24, 2013. The singer and her husband are planning a private event with no cameras and children, reports website Sandrarose.com.
Shannon and Monica are expecting their first child in September. Rodney Jr. and Romelo are the singer’s kids from a previous relationship.
