Sydney and Curtis Jr., are the apple of their grandfather’s eye. Laila Ali tells media that her father, Muhammad Ali, lights up when he sees her son and daughter.
“He loves kids, he always has, it’s always kissing and hugging,” says the retired athlete. “As he gets older, [he’s] struggling with his disease, but he lights up when he sees the kids, especially my son who looks exactly like him. He loves that.”
Muhammad has been battling with Parkinson’s disease for more than 30 years. Laila Ali, an active supporter of healthy living, has been spreading the importance of fitness and nutrition for more than five years telling media, “I’m always talking about being as healthy as possible, being fit and eating right. Feeling good starts from the inside.”
Laila has two kids with husband Curtis Conway.
