Halle Berry is getting back into the swing of things after giving birth to her and husband Olivier Martinez’s first son. The actress tells media that juggling motherhood and a career in show business is a lot different with two kids.
“I’m working on a television show now, so I’m juggling working and being a mom and breast feeding while I’m working,” says the star. “It’s a whole new life for me now all over again, having a new little baby again.”
Halle is working on an upcoming television series called ‘Extant’ that will feature her and other Hollywood notables. “I read this script for ‘Extant,’ and it was better than any movie script I read in a very, very long time,” says the actress of her decision to transition from film to television. “I just want to go where the good content is… I think all the best stuff right now, if were honest with ourselves, is on television.”
How is Nahla handling big sisterhood? “She’s a great big sister. Not a little mamma. She’s a great big sister,” explains the star.
Halle and Olivier welcomed their son, Maceo, into the world on October 5, 2013. Nahla is the actress’ daughter from a previous relationship. You can expect to see ‘Extant’ make its debut on CBS later this year.
