Kiyan and grandma embraced as they celebrated La La’s shopping extravaganza this past weekend. The two smiled for the camera as they enjoyed the lively atmosphere and abundance of ‘5th & Mercer’ clothes that surrounded them.
La La invited her friends and family to a fabulous shopping experience on Friday (March 14) that included some of the latest wear from her ‘5th & Mercer’ clothing line. The basketball wife had a fashion show that featured her designs and drinks for all who attended her spectacular event. La La was sure to explain the meaning behind her brand’s name, telling shoppers that ‘5th’ represents the luxurious look that her outfits exhibit while ‘Mercer’ is for the line’s edginess.
Anthony recently solicited the help of fans and foes to make her brand better telling media, “I’m open to people telling me we love this, or we didn’t like that so much, and really getting feedback from individuals out there.” The celebrity mom also talked about the balance between work and home saying, “As women we have to understand that we can’t get it all done in one day, and be okay with that. So that’s what I do. I love that I have events like this where I bring my whole family with me and everybody is over there having a good time. I try to bring it all together at things like this.”
Kiyan is La La and husband Carmelo Anthony’s first child together. The couple wed in 2010.
