The minions got their spot at Universal Studios Hollywood this past Friday (April 11), and had stars like Daphne Wayans to help them celebrate. Daphne and the kids attended the yellow carpet debut with other celebrities, and made sure to smile wide for photographers while standing together as a family.
‘Despicable Me Minion Mayhem’ is the premiere attraction for minion lovers, with 3D action and a cool storyline. Guests begin their journey in Gru’s home and end the adventure on the dance floor, as the ride takes them to a party that is fun and safe for the whole family.
Daphne enjoys spending quality time with her kids and has expressed her desire to cherish every moment as a mom. “If I am cooking breakfast for my family, I myself get excited about the idea that I am creating a lasting effect for them, awaking to the waft of a delicious love-made meal,” said the star during a recent interview. “It is my life and these are the many parts of it. I’ve managed to make joy a top priority in my life; hence, I try to find it in everything.”
Daphne has five kids with ex-husband Keenan Ivory Wayans.
