Updated 5/20/14: Ciara shared earlier this afternoon that her son’s name is Future Zahir Wilburn. He weighed in at 9lbs and 10oz.
Congratulations to Future and Ciara who welcomed a baby boy into the world on Monday, May 19, 2014.
Page Six of the New York Post reports,
“Ciara is officially a mom. Sources say the ‘Body Party’ singer gave birth very early Monday morning in Los Angeles.”
Further details surrounding the birth are expected to be given by Ciara and Future in coming days.
Ciara just finished her son’s nursery last week. The R&B sensation showed off her little one’s space on Twitter while telling fans what she liked most about the room. “In Love With My @angelsonghome Gliding Chair, and My @BrattDecor Baby Crib For My Little Prince. This Is All Surreal. Everything About This Time And Process…Wow,” wrote the star.
Ciara and Future’s little one is the couple’s first child together. The entertainers are expected to wed one another in coming months.
