Kandi Burruss attended the BET Hip Hop Awards at Boisfeuillet Jones Atlanta Civic Center on Saturday with her husband Todd Tucker and daughter Riley. The Reality TV star and her family were dressed casually in black and white attire, and were the joyful bunch on the red carpet.
Kandi and Todd have been trying to have a baby for a few months now but claim that conception is challenging. “We’re trying to get this little boy. It’s tough,” said Todd during a conversation with Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club. Kandi also commented on her and Todd’s efforts during a separate interview saying, “At first, we thought it would just happen, but it hasn’t yet. So now we’re clocking days and making an effort. We really want to start a family together.” Burruss confirmed her interest in having a boy by telling InTouch, “I always wanted to have a son.”
Riley is Kandi’s daughter with ex-boyfriend Russell “Block” Spencer. The reality star wed Todd on April 4, 2014.
