According to legal documents obtained by TMZ “Halle claims … Gabriel has stopped working and is content to live off of the child support, and that’s an abuse of the system.” The actress also revealed that Gabriel is fully capable of maintaining a job but would rather live off the financial support that she gives him for their daughter.

Berry was ordered by the Los Angeles Superior Court to pay Gabriel more than $160,000 annually in May after a lengthy custody battle that lasted for several months. Such amount was suppose to be set in place until Nahla turned 19-years-old or attended college, whichever came first. In addition to providing child support, the courts also ordered Halle to pay Gabriel’s legal fees that amounted to $300,000.

Nahla is Aubry and Berry’s only child together. The actress has two kids in all.
