Beyonce and Jay Z’s daughter, Blue Ivy, turned 3 on January 7th with a ‘Frozen’ theme party.
Yesterday mom Beyonce uploaded a photo of the birthday girl on her special day. In the photo, Blue can be seen wearing a pretty pink dress while eating a rainbow-colored cake.
