Lance Gross is the doting dad. He recently shared a picture of himself with daughter Berkeley in honor of it being “Women Crush Wednesday” on Instagram.
“It’s Wednesday Right,” asked Lance on the social media site. The actor, who is also a photographer, shared a picture of himself holding Berkeley while focusing his camera.
While enjoying the picture of the father-daughter duo, one commenter made an erroneous comment. “Drop the baby. That’s not your child,” said the fan on Instagram. Lance, surprisingly enough, replied by telling the subscriber to refrain from cracking jokes at the expense of his daughter. “I don’t joke about my family,” wrote the star. “She’s all me.”
The commenter later explained his stance by telling fans that he thought Gross was a photographer who was taking pictures of other people’s children. He, in other words, had no idea that Berkeley was his daughter. “I don’t know Lance Gross well,” said the fan. “I didn’t look at his other posts. I did not study the picture. I thought he was a photographer doing a photo shoot with a client’s child. I was not making a comment on black fathers, I was not saying he should get a test.”
In any case, Berkeley is Lance Gross and fiancee Rebecca Jefferson’s first child together.
