There is more to the latest issue of Ebony magazine than the controversial cover that features the Huxtables behind shattered glass. Kandi Burruss and her blended family are also in the editorial. The ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star announced her and the family’s showing earlier this week.
“Our family discusses the topic of blended families. Thank you @kiernamayo for including us in this issue,” shared Burruss by way of social media. “Wow I can’t believe my family is included in the issue with the Obama family & the controversial cover of the #Huxtables.”
In the spread, Kandi talks about everything from nursery decorations to life as a married woman. “As I got older, I wanted a teammate to spend the rest of my life with,” shares Burruss of her and husband Todd Tucker’s relationship. “Todd and I are a force. We’re able to do things together that I probably wouldn’t have even thought about. He pushes me. He motivates me. I just love us.”
