Mariah Carey and the kids are enjoying the beach. The singer recently shared pictures of herself with the twins, Monroe and Moroccan, hanging out.
“#pondebeach #demkids,” the star captioned underneath a picture of her and Moroccan enjoying the ocean. The celebrity mom carried her son on her back while exploring the tides. Mariah also shared a picture of her and the kids playing in the sand. “Two little #crabcakes #pondebeach,” she wrote.
Monroe and Moroccan are being raised in the spotlight, thanks to their famous mom and dad. Nick Cannon recently shared his thoughts about rearing his kids in the public eye with DuJour magazine. “I don’t see a problem with them being different and having an eccentric upbringing. It’s fascinating and fantastic,” he said. “But it’s about [teaching them] humility more than anything. Teaching them to be respectful — to make eye contact and say ‘Yes, ma’am and ‘Yes, sir.’ You can still be a diva and be humble. Mariah is a perfect example of that.”
Monroe and Moroccan will celebrate their fifth birthdays soon. They were born on April 30, 2011.
