Mariah Carey enjoyed movie night this past weekend with her kids. Monroe and Moroccan rested on their mother’s bed and gave the camera huge smiles while watching the film. “Movie night! #RocThinksHesOnARollerCoaster,” Mariah captioned underneath the picture.
The singing sensation is engaged to billionaire James Packard but has not told the kids of her plans to remarry just yet. “I haven’t talked to them about it completely,” the star tells E! News. “They are so young so they don’t really understand things yet so you have to go slowly and explain things and always make sure they know that this is only going to be good for them. Their lives are not going to change,” she explains.
It has been nearly two years since Mariah Carey separated from her husband Nick Cannon. The Nickelodeon star recently told media that the likelihood of him remarrying is slim. “I feel like marriage isn’t for everyone,” he said during an interview with DuJour. “There’s like a 50/50 chance of a marriage working. If it didn’t work out for you the first time, and you still survived it, you probably shouldn’t do it again.”
Monroe and Moroccan are Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey’s kids. They will celebrate their fifth birthdays in April.
