At nine-years old, JayDon “JD” McCrary can tout already being an accomplished actor, singer, and dancer. Having been seen on some of Disney and Nickelodeon’s favorite tv shows, this young up-and-coming entertainer is unquestionably setting a trailblazing rise to the top.
McCrary’s interest in the entertainment industry began at a young age with a love for listening to Michael Jackson. At the age of three, he began testing his own vocal skills by singing his ABC’s in different pitches, quickly excelling in vocal prowess. As he got older, McCrary continuing to master his craft, he diversified his interest through not only vocal training but acting and dance lessons as well. To date, this talented young man’s credits include Disney’s K.C. Undercover, Nickelodeon’s Nicky, Ricky, Dicky, and Dawn, Vital Signs, produced by Paul Hunter/Dr. Dre, among others.
As if his career didn’t keep him busy enough, McCrary has added entrepreneur to his resume with the creation of his own line of EyeWear, #IMjD. In his spare time, this busy young man loves to read, practice playing the keyboard, drums, and harmonica, play basketball, baseball, and football.
