Jaden Smith has moved out of his parents’ home into a $4 million home in Hidden Hills, California. According to Dailymail, the 18-year-old has been living in the gated community, located in the West San Fernando Valley, for about six months.
Jaden’s five-bedroom, six-bath estate was purchased through a Smith family trust in 2003.
‘Will and Jada lived here while they were building their large compound in Calabasas, and Will’s business partner James Lassiter lived in the home for a while, but now it’s Jaden and his buddies who have free reign of the place,” a source reveals.
Built in 1978 and later renovated by the Smith family, Jaden’s home is almost 6,000 square feet and is surrounded by a grove of trees and vegetation giving him privacy. And to top it off, the Hidden Hills mansion is only 8 miles away from the young star’s parents Jada Pinkett-Smith and Will Smith.
