Happy Birthday, Kenzo! Kimora Lee Simmons celebrated her son’s birthday ahead of him turning 8-years-old on Saturday.
Family and friends gathered around to sing the Birthday Song to Kenzo who showed signs of excitement when it came time to blow out the candles on his tiered cake. “Happy Birthday Young Sir,” Kimora exclaimed online. “We love you so much! You make us all super proud! Have a great day a week early!”
Kenzo is Kimora Lee Simmons’ son with Djimon Hounsou. Kimora also has children with ex-husband Russell Simmons and a son named Wolfe with her husband, Tim Leissner.
The celebrity mom recently cleared the air about the possibility of her expanding her family further during an interview with Fashion Week Daily.
“Just for the record—because everyone is asking if I’m having another baby—I want another baby, but I am not pregnant. I’m just a little chubby,” Kimora mused. “That’s the allure of being a woman! You can have a baby and still be a little thick. You don’t have to go back to being a size 2. Give yourself time, be a little bit forgiving, and love yourself.”
Kimora has certainly been busy on the career front with a skincare line and energy drink brand growing in popularity. “I’m in a little bit of artificial intelligence, too,” the mogul revealed. “I keep on moving to the next thing and adding to my repertoire. A working woman who’s doing multiple things is very attractive to me—and to others. I want to push that more with young women.”
Kimora Lee Simmons is the proud mother of four children. The celebrity’s youngest daughter, Aoki, is the next to celebrate her birthday in August.
