Galore magazine, a super-millennial driven e-zine that focuses on lifestyle, beauty, style, music, and more, is launching its very own festival in L.A. to celebrate #girlpower. GirlCULT will take place on August 20th in Los Angeles, CA and will be an entire day dedicated to empowering the women of Generation Z lead by none other than Willow Smith, Chloe X Halle, Ming Lee Simmons among others.
The mission of the festival is to help young women come together to create a new vision for the future as they embrace all cultures, ethnicities, and backgrounds.
"We yearned to create a music festival [like GirlCULT] that felt very inclusive to all women, especially with everything going on with women's rights in today's climate," festival founders Price Chenoa and Jacob Dekat commented to Billboard Magazine. "We wanted to give some of our favorite new artists a chance to touch everyone's souls with their work. Each artist will be speaking on topics that are near and dear to them. This festival is the Lilith Fair for Generation Z girls who live in these confusing times."
In addition to music, the festival will feature exclusive live panels lead by Tyra Banks, Kimora and Ming Lee Simmons, and Gigi Gorgeous. For more information on the GirlCULT festival, click here.
